We reserve the right to deny participation of any vendor based on conflict of interest with AAA, partners and sponsors.  We also reserve the right at our sole discretion to deny vendor applications based on suitability for the event.  

Should there be additional information needed to make a decision, you will be contacted directly by a member of the Road Fest Team.  Please make sure to form a password so that you may log back in to your application if needed.
